Adams-Marquette Veterinary Service is proud to announce that we are now beginning our very first year of awarding an educational scholarship.
Due to the incredible cost of higher education and our commitment to the next generation, we will be offering 1 scholarship in the amount of $1000. We wish to provide it to the school district of Westfield, Montello and Adams, as well as students being home schooled in these districts. It will be offered to all graduating high school students who plan on furthering their education in the field of Medicine. This would include but not limited to training in Nursing, Veterinary, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and others. Certain restrictions may apply.
Applications will be provided and can be picked up at all the high school guidance counselors, our office and are also available to download using the links below.
Each year, scholarship applications are made available in January. Scholarship recipients are announced in late spring, usually to coincide with area high school recognition banquets. All applicants are notified of program results whether or not they receive a scholarship.
The deadline for returning completed applications is March 15th, 2009. Please be prompt in completing and returning your scholarship application. Scholarship applications received after the deadline date cannot be accepted.
Completed scholarship applications can be dropped off in person, or mailed to the address above. Completed applications cannot be accepted in electronic form or as attachments to email messages.
